Project Name: Northeast Consortium Elementary School (Brookview)

Description: This project is a new elementary school for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 2 on the former Brookview Local Park site at 1100 Corliss Street in East Silver Spring. It is intended to provide needed capacity to alleviate growing student enrollments at Burnt Mills and Cresthaven elementary schools. The site is bordered by I-495 on the north and a community pool on the west. Additional classrooms and a gymnasium are add alternates that could be implemented in the future to increase the capacity of the school from 541 to 640.
