Description: This completed project is located on the south side of Wayne Avenue between Georgia Avenue and Fenton Street, across from the Downtown Silver Spring project. The project includes 143 dwelling units (of which 18 are MPDU's) and 1741 square feet of retail space in a 14-story building. 140 below grade parking spaces are also on site. The site backs up to the future site of the new Silver Spring Library, currently in the planning stages.
