Description
The lots at Newell Street / Kennett Street in South Silver Spring, including the former Blair Post Office site, are being redeveloped with about 120 condominium units. A landscaped public use space will be provided at the southern intersection of the two streets plus an arcade along Kennett Street. Structured parking will be provided below the buildings. The building height will be a maximum of 70'.
