Description

A 0.14 acre site on the east side of Fenton Street (between Thayer Avenue and Silver Spring Avenue)  is proposed for redevelopment as a 2-story commercial building.  The property is zoned CBD-1/Fenton Overlay Zone.  It would be developed under the Standard Method of development with one floor of retail and one floor of office, totaling 9226 sf of commercial development.
