Public Project: Liquor Control Warehouse Expansion
Description
The Department of Liquor Control seeks to expand the existing warehouse facility in the County Service Park (CSP) to provide a new warehouse, approximately 49, 573 square feet, that will meet specific storage temperatures requirements from beer manufactures. A new loading dock area for three tractor trailers, additional pavement, new stromwater management and relocation of existing gas and water utilities are also included in the expansion.
