SPECIAL NOTE: White Flint Mall – Lerner/ Tower and Combined Properties are looking into creating mixed use neighborhoods and an updated regional shopping center. We met with them and some other owners with similar ideas and asked how they all fit into the big picture. They decided to form their own work group to look at ways to create the transportation infrastructure to support their ideas. We encourage such collaboration. They include the owners of the Mall, White Flint Plaza Shopping Center, The Conference Center and Hotel, Mid Pike Plaza and Metro Plaza. They have hired a transportation consultant, Glatting Jackson.
