Permit information and application forms
Permits may be requested for bus parking spaces at Regional / Recreational Parks. However, request for other park will require written advance approval from park manager of that park. Five to ten spaces are available at each park facility. Any vehicle that seats 10 or more passengers must have a permit to enter these park facilities.
Bus Space Fee Schedule *
The fee for all buses is a non-refundable administrative fee
of $48 per space (multiple dates are permitted) as long as
the request is submitted on official school or organization
letterhead.

Reservable Days/Hours
Bus spaces may be reserved year-round, and are permitted between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. NO BUSES are allowed in the parks on weekends.
Cancellation Policy
Fees are non-refundable.
Permit Change Fee
A fee of $48 will be required for any change made to a permit (i.e., change of date or facility) once payment has been made. Changes must be submitted in writing at least one week in advance.

How to make a reservation
Bus space reservations may be made by submitting an application with the rental fee to the permit office. Permit will be mailed to the permitholder, or may be picked up at one of the permit offices.
