Along with the many fine features in this popular park, both children and adults are entranced by a ride on the miniature train. The train is a replica of the1863 C.P. Huntington, a 4-2-4T steam locomotive purchased by the Southern Pacific Railroad and named in honor of Collis P. Huntington, President of the Southern Pacific Company. A party room at the Cabin John train station is available for rentals.

Party Room Rentals
The party room accommodates up to 30 people. It is rented for a minimum of 2 hours for $100 between the hours of 10 AM-4 PM. Additional time is available for $25 per hour or any portion thereof. Any number of train tickets may be purchased for your party, and discount ticket books of 10 tickets for $13.00 are available (a $2.00 savings off the single ticket price). For an additional $50 the patio can be set up to accommodate 50 more people. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date, with the balance due on the day of the event. Directions
From I-270 take Exit 1A and merge onto Old Georgetown Road/MD 187. Turn left onto Tuckerman Lane and continue to the park entrance.
