Description:
This 47-acre property is located along MD 355 in the northern edge of the Town Center District of the Clarksburg Master Plan Area. It is zoned R-200 and RDT and is adjacent to Little Bennett Regional Park. Snowden Farm Parkway (A-305) also traverses the property. The proposed amendment includes the following changes to the proposed 86-unit development: to redesign the stormwater management facility and interior roads; to eliminate cu-de-sac island; to reduce length of retaining wall; and to regrade stormwater management pond.
