Description:
This 45.24-acre property is located at the northern
edge of the Transit Corridor District and directly
adjacent to the Clarksburg Historic District at the southwest quadrant of MD 355 and Stringtown Road. The
proposed Site Plan Amendment would adjust footprint and grades, delete and revise retaining wall, modify curbs, emergency access, and reduce units from 292 to 284 (27 single-family detached, 171 single-family attached, and 88 multi-family units).
