Woodmont Triangle Amendment
Approved and Adopted March 2006. The primary purpose of the amendment to the Sector Plan (Bethesda CBD) is to increase opportunities for housing to serve a variety of income levels and to improve the retail environment in the Woodmont Triangle area.

Shady Grove Sector Plan Update
The Shady Grove Sector Plan was approved and adopted on March 15, 2006.

Olney
Approved and Adopted April 2005. The Olney Master Plan, approved by the County Council is now available online.

Upper Rock Creek Area Master Plan
Aproved and Adopted February 2004. The Upper Rock Creek Area Master Plan is now available online. Housing, environmental, transportation, and community facility plans are detailed.
