Rockwood Manor
– Facility Information
RATES
2007 Rates 2008 Rates Effective 11-1-07 for '08 bookings Weekend meetings reserved more than six weeks in advance are subject to the social rates, below.
Social Package #1 (7 consecutive hours. Includes entire Veranda level, kitchen, gazebo and patio.
Brooke Hall may also be used—for ceremony only—at no additional charge.)Social Package #2 (7 consecutive hours. Includes entire Manor House and grounds.)
Social Package #3 (7 consecutive hours. Includes entire Patio level. From April through October, Saturday reservations are 9:00am–4:00pm or 6:00pm–1:00am only.)
Guest Rooms (10 hotel-style guest rooms located in Carolyn Cottage and Skyview. Sleep a total of 24 people in combinations of 1–4 per room. Each room has a private bathroom, radio and linens, and heat/air-conditioning.)
Retreat Packages (Includes all meeting rooms, guest rooms and dormitories.)
Cabins (Tall Timbers and The Oaks have two rooms each, with seven bunk beds in each room and communal restrooms in the lobbies. Weston Hill is divided into two rooms with five bunk beds and a private bathroom and shower in each room and two "counselor's" rooms with two bunk beds and a private bathroom and shower each. Each cabin sleeps 28 people and has heat/air-conditioning. Each bunk has a thick mattress. Linens are not provided. "Youth groups" are organized groups under 18 with adult leaders.)
French House (The original caretaker's home, with two small play rooms, two bedrooms with two sets of bunk beds each, a bathroom and a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker. Has heat/air-conditioning.)

Theater = side-by-side chairs in rows, facing one direction

85 parking spaces are available on site. Buses must park in the upper lots. (Do not turn left to the lowest lot.)
DIRECTIONS
Rockwood Manor is located at 11001 MacArthur Boulevard in Potomac, Maryland.
From Maryland I-495: Take Exit 41 (Carderock/Great Falls). Continue on Clara Barton Parkway to dead end. Turn left onto MacArthur Boulevard. After 1.5 miles, turn right into Rockwood Manor Park.
From Virginia I-495: Take Exit 41 (Great Falls/Carderock) toward Glen Echo/Clara Barton Parkway (off the right side of the American Legion Bridge). Immediately bear left toward Great Falls/Carderock, which merges onto Clara Barton Parkway. At dead end, turn left onto MacArthur Boulevard. After 1.5 miles, turn right into Rockwood Manor Park.
From Dulles Airport: Take the Dulles Access Road to I-495 north, then follow the "From Virginia I-495" directions, above.
From National Airport: Take the George Washington Parkway north to I-495 north, then follow the "From Virginia I-495" directions, above.
From I-270: Take Exit 5 (Falls Road / Route 189) south. Follow Falls Road 7 miles to the end. Turn left onto MacArthur Boulevard. After 0.5 miles, turn left into Rockwood Manor Park.
Buses and Trucks: From I-495, take Exit 39 (River Road / Route 190) west. Turn left onto Falls Road (Route 189) south. At the dead end, turn left onto MacArthur Boulevard. After 0.5 miles, tuen left into Rockwood Manor Park.
