This 56-acre park has multiple ball fields, courts for tennis and volleyball, and an in-line hockey rink. In addition to picnic shelters and a playground, the park has an enclosed area for dogs to play.

Hours: Sunrise to sunset, year round, except for lighted facilities.

Help us make your visit as enjoyable as possible by adhering to the following recommendations:

  • County and park rules require that dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • Alcohol beverages are not permitted in the park.
  • Visitors to the park must follow M-NCPPC Rules and Regulations, as well as any rule specific to a park facility or activity.

Courts

A lighted tennis court and sand volleyball court are available for use by the general public, first-come, first served.

Athletic Fields

All fields for baseball, softball and soccer are lighted and permitted for games only. Contact Park Permits for applications and guidelines for use.

Dog Park

The ½ acre, fenced dog park provides a place for county residents and their dogs to play. Please see the Montgomery Parks Dog Parks web page for complete information and rules for patrons.

Inline Hockey Rink

The inline hockey rink can be reserved for games through Park Permits or is available on a first come, first served, basis.

Picnic Shelters

Three picnic shelters are available for rental through Park Permits from April 1 - October 31. Please see Recreational / Regional Picnic Shelters for details and guidelines for use.

Other Park Features

A multi-aged playground is located near restrooms and at the picnic shelters. Restrooms are available at the In-line Hockey Rink and at the Picnic Shelters from April through October. A network of hard and natural surface trails can accommodate hikers and bikers.
